Who we are

This policy describes how UAB AGI Technologies ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit elephant.broker, contact us, or take part in a design-partner pilot. We operate elephant.broker and are the data controller for that personal data.

UAB AGI Technologies is registered in the Republic of Lithuania under company code 308114635, with its registered office at Aguonų g. 17D-22, LT-03213 Vilnius, Lithuania. For privacy questions write to [email protected].

What we collect

  • Contact details you send us (name, email, company, and the content of your message) when you request a demo, pilot, or sandbox.
  • Technical logs that may include IP address, browser type, and pages viewed when you use this website, to the extent our hosting provider records them.
  • Pilot-related data you choose to share under a separate pilot agreement. That agreement governs how that data is used.

How we use it

We use personal data to:

  • Respond to enquiries and schedule demos or pilots
  • Operate and secure this website
  • Meet legal obligations that apply to us

We do not sell personal data. We do not use contact details for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis.

Legal bases

We are established in Lithuania, so our processing is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Lithuanian data protection law. We process data on the basis of our legitimate interests in running the business and responding to you, performance of a contract or pre-contract steps when you join a pilot, and compliance with law where required.

Sharing

We may share data with service providers that host email, website, or infrastructure for us, under contracts that limit their use of the data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.

Retention

We keep enquiry and correspondence data only as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable follow-up period, unless a longer period is required by law or a pilot agreement.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.

Our supervisory authority is the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija) in Vilnius: vdai.lrv.lt. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your own country of residence.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do.
